Denman International delivers to 222 countries around the world.  Customers who wish to have their items delivered to locations outside of the United States must place their order using our global website - www.denmanbrush.com which ships from the United Kingdom.

All orders are sent using a trackable parcel service from USPS or FedEx depending on the option you choose at checkout.
When we dispatch your order you will receive a notification which contains a tracking link that you can use to follow your parcels journey.  This is sent to the email address you gave us when you placed your order.
If you gave us your telephone number when you placed your order you will also receive updates via SMS text message.

All customer orders are shipped using a trackable service from USPS as standard.  Customers who wish to use an alternative service can choose one of the follow methods at check out:

Our delivery costs are a flat rate based on your delivery address as noted below.

Please allow at least 5 to 7 business days for standard shipping.  Estimated shipping times begin once the parcel is dispatched.
We are not able to offer priority dispatch - customer orders are picked and packed in the order that they are received regardless of the delivery method chosen.
