If you choose to return any item that you bought as part of a Gift With Purchase or 3 for 2 Promotions you also have to return the free gift you received.

The Black Friday Gift with Purchase Promotion is valid while stocks last - no alternative gift will be provided. Please note - if the gift is not added to your basket it means that the item is out of stock.
Returns Process: Participants should request a return through our webchat on www.denmanbrush.com in line with the existing returns process.
Returning the Free Item: The Free Item or Gift may not be exchanged or returned on its own unless it is faulty or not as described, in which case it will be exchanged for a replacement Gift, subject to availability (Term 7). Returning the Gift on its own (regardless of condition) will not result in a refund or payment to the participant of any sort.
Refunds: If any product forming part of the 3 for 2 or Gift With Purchase promotion is returned for a refund and this results in the total amount spent falling below the free item/gift threshold then the Free Gift must also be returned in an unused and undamaged condition.
Exchange: If any product forming part of the Qualifying Purchase is exchanged for any product which does not meet the criteria or which has a lower purchase price, and this results in the total amount spent falling below the free gift threshold then the Gift must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition.
Please note that If you request a refund or exchange but choose not to return the Free Gift, or, if the Gift has been used or damaged (in breach of promotions terms and conditions) Denman International reserve the right to deduct from any refund due (or charge your original payment method) an appropriate amount to reflect the damage to the Gift or its non-return. This amount will be the full retail value of the Free Gift.
